[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부] 4월 21일 북부지방산림청 청장 최수천은 숲가꾸기 사업 품질 향상을 위해 각 국유림관리소 담당자를 대상으로 직무역량 향상 교육을 북부지방산림청 대회의실에서 진행했다고 밝혔다. 

이번 교육은 봄철 나무심기 사업 완료 후 곧이어 착수하는 조림지 사후관리 인 풀베기, 덩굴제거, 어린나무가꾸기 사업의 원활한 추진을 위해서 설계서 검토 및 현장지도 요령을 중점적으로 교육하였다고 했다. 

북부지방산림청에서는 금년도에 숲가꾸기 사업 품질 향상을 위해 담당자 직무역량 강화교육을 지속적으로 추진하고 있고, 이번에는 나무심기 사업 현장지도 요령, 공익림가꾸기 사업 추진 요령 등에 이어 여섯 번째 교육을 실시하였다고 전했다.

최수천 북부지방산림청장은 “2050 탄소중립 산림부문 요체인 ‘베고-심고-가꾸고-이용하는’ 산림순환경영 체계에서 가꾸는 단계인 숲가꾸기 사업 효과를 극대화하기 위하여 담당자들의 사업 추진에 대한 주관과 목표를 가질 수 있도록 다양한 교육 방안을 강구하겠다.”라고 밝혔다.
