접수 기간은 오는 26일부터 내년 2월 3일까지로, 관리가 열악하고 사각지대에 놓인 소규모 공동주택을 우선 지원하며 선정된 단지에는 최대 3,000만 원 한도 내에서 총사업비의 50 ~ 90%를 차등 지원한다.

사업신청 시 면밀히 검토한 후 공동주택관리 심의위원회를 개최하여 균등한 지원을 목표로 진행할 계획이다.

공동주택 지원사업은 2007년부터 시행하여 총 560개 단지에 82억 원을 지원해 주거환경 개선과 입주민의 삶의 질 향상에 크게 기여했다.
