[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 25일부터 강릉시는 정부의 코로나 유행 감소세 등을 고려한 노인여가복지시설 운영 재개 계획에 따라 관내 307개 경로당을 전면 개방한다고 밝혔다.

경로당은 코로나 3차 접종 어르신만 이용할 수 있으며 이용시간은 오전 9시에서 오후 6시까지이고 식사는 칸막이 설치 또는 띄어 앉기 환경이 가능한 경로당만 이용 가능하며 체조, 댄스 등 비말감염 위험이 높은 프로그램을 제외한 일부 프로그램은 재운영한다고 했다.

한편 강릉시는 코로나19 장기화로 지친 어르신들의 건강유지와 행복한 여가활동 등 경로당 활성화를 위해 오는 5월 말까지 경로당에 안마기 51대 및 노래방기기 34대를 지원할 예정으로 경로당 지원을 대폭 확대할 계획이라고 전했다.

강릉시 관계자는 “아직 코로나가 종식되지 않은 상황이므로 경로당 이용시 마스크 착용과 방역수칙을 철저히 준수해 줄 것을 당부드린다”고 말했다.
