지난 2019년부터 시행하고 있는 ‘1기업 1공무원 담당제’는 관내 기업과 본청 팀장급 공무원을 1대1로 매치해 기업의 애로사항을 해소하는 제도로, 지난 3년간 1,328건을 접수해 1,311건(98%)을 해결하는 성과를 거뒀으나, 지난 2020년 코로나19 발생 이후 최근 활동 실적이 감소함에 따라 운영을 활성화하기 위해 참여기업 정비 및 활동 지원 방안을 마련하게 됐다고 전했다.

올해 참여기업은 총 57개 기업으로, 설립 초기(창립 5년 이내) 기업을 신규 모집하는 한편, 기존 참여기업 중 희망 의사를 밝힌 기업을 최종 선정해 집중 관리할 계획이며, 또한 행정 시스템을 통한 활동 현황 모니터링을 기반으로 기업지원 관련 정보를 실시간 제공하는 ‘자료게시판’을 신설하고, 활동키트를 지급하는 등 담당 공무원의 활동을 지원하며, 올해 연말에는 지난해와 마찬가지로 만족도 조사를 통해 운영 결과를 돌아보고 기업 의견을 시책에 적극 반영할 계획이라고 했다.
