[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 의정부시 호원2동 행정복지센터는 스마트폰 어플리케이션 서비스를 활용해 독거 중장년 취약계층 가구의 안전확인 및 고독사 예방을 위한 의정부 살피미 앱 설치 대상자를 발굴하고 있다고 밝혔다.

살피미 앱이란 스마트폰에서 플레이 스토어나 원스토어를 통해 설치하는 어플리케이션으로, 지정한 일정 시간 동안 휴대폰 조작이 없을 경우 사전에 등록한 긴급 구호자 전화번호와 주민센터 담당자에게 위험신호 문자를 발송하는 서비스이며, 이후 긴급구호자나 주민센터 담당자가 연락을 취한 후에도 응답이 없으면 경찰서, 소방서 등과 협력해 현장 확인 등을 하고 상황에 따른 맞춤형 복지서비스를 연계한다고 했다.

이를 위해 호원2동복지지원과는 우선적으로 중장년 취약계층 1인 가구 중 보호자가 없거나 보호자가 돌보지 못하는 상황이며 만성질환 또는 장애가 있는 대상자 30가구를 집중 발굴해 보건복지팀 또는 명예사회복지공무원, 대상가구의 비동거 가족, 친척, 지인 등의 모든 인적안전망을 동원해 서비스에 연계할 계획이라고 전했다.
