[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 3월 14일, 동두천시 생활개선회는 지난 3월 4일 발생한 경북, 강원지역 산불 피해 복구를 위해 재해구호협회에 100만 원의 성금을 기탁했다고 밝혔다.

동두천시 생활개선회는 농가생활 개선과 농촌여성의 지위향상을 목적으로 구성된 농촌여성단체로 농촌환경 정화 활동, 다육식물 사회복지시설 기부를 통한 재능활용 지역돌봄 사업을 추진하는 등 지역사회를 위한 다양한 활동을 추진해 오고 있다고 전했다.
