횡성군보건소는 최근 오미크론 변이 확산으로 확진자가 급증하는 상황에서 감염시 중증·사망 위험이 높은 고위험군 안전을 위해 관내 요양시설 16개소를 대상으로 코로나19 예방접종 4차 방문 접종을 추진한다고 전했다.

4차 접종은 지난 3월 14일부터 오는 3월 18일, 5일간 진행되며, 요양시설 16개소 400명을 대상으로 실시하며, 횡성군은 의사, 간호사를 포함 4명으로 구성된 접종팀이 해당 시설을 방문하여 접종함으로써 외부 접촉을 최소화하고, 보건소 구급차를 상시 대기해 접종 후 혹시 모를 이상 반응 및 응급사항에 철저하게 대비할 계획이라고 밝혔다.
