이날 회의는 지난 2021년 지역특화사업비 결산보고 및 특화사업 적정 심의를 안건으로 진행 되었고, 서면 기부금 접수창구에는 지난 2021년 한 해동안 2,400만원 가량이 모금되어, 2022년 지역특화사업을 통하여 관내 어려운 이웃에게 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 아울러 '사랑의 난방유 지원사업'은 서면 각 리별로 17가구에 난방유를 지원하기로 의결되었다고 전했다.

박도근 민간위원장은 “2021년에 시작된 「서면 희망주머니」에 많은 후원금이 모금되어 기쁘게 생각하며 축척된 자원을 잘 활용하여 어려움을 겪고 있는 이웃들에게 힘이 될 수 있도록 서면 지역사회보장협의체가 앞장서도록 하겠다”고 말했다.

신진숙 공공위원장은 “코로나로 힘든 시기임에도 불구하고 기부에 동참해 주신 후원자분들과 노력을 아끼지 않는 서면 협의체 위원분들에게 감사드리며, 올해도 협의체의 활발한 활동을 통해 서면 지역사회보장협의체가 지역 복지 발전에 중추적 역할을 해 주시기를 바란다”고 말했다.
