[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 횡성군이 공직사회에 널리 퍼진 무사안일과 관행중심의 소극행정을 혁파하기 위해 ‘2022년 횡성군 적극행정 실행계획’을 수립해 추진한다고 밝혔다.

‘2022 적극행정 실행계획’은 '적극행정 추진체계 확립', '적극행정 공무원 우대', '적극행정 공무원 보호·지원 강화', '소극행정 예방 및 혁파' 등 4대 분야 11개 과제로 이뤄져 있다고 전했다.

이를 통해 적극행정을 실천한 공무원을 적극 지원해 실무자의 의사결정 부담을 완화할 예정이며 새로운 정책을 발굴·추진한 공무원을 선발해 인센티브를 부여함으로써 적극행정의 자발적인 동참을 유도할 예정이고, 이와는 반대로 소극행정에 대해서는 엄정 처리해 적극행정의 공직문화를 확립할 계획이며, 특히, 업무 관행을 반복하지 않고 환경변화에 선제적으로 대응하겠다는 게 군의 기본방침이라고 했다.

기획감사실장은 적극행정 책임관을 맡아 적극행정 총괄 운영과 함께 적극행정을 위한 부서 간 협업을 강화하게 된다고 했다.
