[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 20일 함께하는 초보목공이 원목 밥상 30개(300만 원 상당)를 후원한데 이어 21일 이원(주)에서는 기초화장품 5종 세트 500개(9,000만 원 상당)을 전달한다고 밝혔다. 

후원품은 사회복지공동모금회를 통해 관내 한부모가족 및 독거노인에게 전달될 예정이라고 전했다.

이원(주) 권상호 대표는 “로트리 인수 2주년 및 크리스마스를 맞이하여 원주시 한부모가정을 대상으로 후원을 하게 됐다.”라며 “이번 후원을 통하여 지역사회에서 소외된 이웃에게 많은 관심을 가질 수 있도록 선한 영향력에 앞장서는 기업이 되고자 한다.”라고 말했다.

한편, 함께하는 초보목공은 목공 DIY를 하는 네이버 최대 목공 밴드이며, 이원(주)는 2019년 메이크업 브랜드 ‘로트리’ 인수 후 2020년 파운데이션 ‘센티폴리아 파운데이션’, 기초 스킨케어 ‘내추럴카밍’을 출시하는 등 활발한 활동을 펼치고 있다고 했다.
