[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강릉시는 최근 고독사가 사회문제로 대두됨에 따라 고독사 예방 및 취약계층의 안전확인을 위해 스마트 복지시스템 ‘강릉 이웃 살피미 앱’ 을 운영한다고 밝혔다.

‘강릉 이웃 살피미 앱’은 대상자가 지정한 시간 동안 휴대폰 사용이 없으면 사전에 등록한 보호자나 주민센터 휴대전화로 위험신호 문자를 발송한다고 했다.
