원주시는 부서별·직무별 공직자윤리법상 재산등록 의무 여부를 개인이 정확하게 파악하기 어려운 문제를 개선하기 위해 재산등록 부서인지, 재산등록 의무 직무에 해당하는지 등을 도식화한 ‘직무별 재산등록의무구분표’를 배부해 실효적인 제도 운영을 도왔다는 평가를 받았다고 했다.

원주시 외에 환경부의 ‘취업제한제도 자가점검표’, 충청북도의 ‘일정금액 이상 자산증감 심층심사’가 우수사례로 선정됐다고 전했다.
