주요 점검 사항은 조리장 및 종사자 위생관리 상태, 유통기한 경과제품 판매 및 사용목적 보관여부, 마스크 착용, 출입명부 작성 등 주요 위생 및 방역수칙에 대한 준수여부를 집중점검할 예정이며, 위반 시에는「식품위생법」및「감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률」에 따라 행정처분 및 지도할 예정이라고 전했다. 

또한, 강릉시 관계자는“축제기간 중 발생할 수 있는 식품 및 감염병 관련 사고에 대비하여 점검반을 편성 운영하여 신속 대응할 계획”이라고 말했다.
