이날 보고회는 과업의 개요, 문화유산 현황, 문화유산 1차 조사결과, 중장기 종합관리계획, 의견수렴 순으로 진행됐으며 시는 중간보고회에서 나온 의견들은 수렴, 반영하여 사업이 마무리될 수 있도록 할 계획이라고 했다.
