[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부] 가평군은 장기화된 코로나19로 인한 경제적 위기에 대응하고자 근로능력이 있는 실직자·무급휴직자 및 휴·폐업자 등 관내 취업을 희망하는 취업취약계층 구직자를 대상으로 안정적인 일자리를 제공하고자 지난 4월 13일 음악역1939에서 가평읍･북면 지역, 지난 5월 11일 설악면 복지회관에서 설악ㆍ청평면 지역, 지난 6월 8일 조종면행정복지센터에서 상ㆍ조종면 지역을 대상으로 읍ㆍ면별 중규모 채용박람회를 총 3회 거쳐 성황리에 마무리했다고 밝혔다.

이번 상반기 채용박람회는 취업을 희망하는 가평관내 구직자 208명 및 관내 97개의 구인업체가 참여하였으며, 특히 이번 행사에서 현장면접에 참여한 99명 중 23명이 최종적으로 채용 되는 등 큰 성과를 거두었다고 했다. 

이 외에도 현장에서는 코로나19 방역지침에 따라 취업 상담, 이력서·자기소개서 작성 등 취업관련 정보제공은 물론 가평군 취업프로그램 안내 및 각종 정부 지원 사업 홍보도 함께 진행되었으며, 참여 구직자를 대상으로 행사 이후에도 구직자와 직ㆍ간접 참여업체의 지속적인 취업연계 서비스를 제공할 예정이라고 말했다.

군 관계자는“이번 채용박람회를 통해 코로나19로 인한 가평군내 취업난이 해소되길 기대하며, 2021 하반기 일자리박람회에도 가평군민들의 많은 관심과 참여를 부탁한다”고 말했다. 기타 자세한 사항은 가평군 일자리센터로 문의하면 된다고 했다.
