[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부] 6월 중순까지 북부지방산림청은 산림사업 안전사고를 예방하고 현장 중심 안전관리체계를 구축하고자 관내 추진하고 있는 숲가꾸기 사업장 안전 점검 및 작업원 교육을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

점검내용은 산림기술법에 따른 안전관리계획서 접수 및 발주청 승인 여부, 작업원 개인보호장비 착용 등 사업장 전반 안전관리 상태이며, 임업기계훈련원 전문 교관 지도하에 작업원을 대상으로 현장 맞춤형 안전교육을 진행한다고 했다.

기상청이 올 여름 국지성 호우가 잦을 것으로 예보한 바, 사업장 내 집중호우로 인한 피해를 예방하고자 재해우려지역에 숲가꾸기 산물 방치 여부, 운재로 측구 설치·정비 등도 추가로 점검한다고 했다.

아울러, 북부지방산림청은 숲가꾸기 사업장뿐만 아니라 장마철 대비 국유양묘장*도 점검에 나서며, 6월 초까지 점검을 완료할 계획으로, 양묘 포지 및 시설 주변 배수로 점검 및 정비로 집중호우에 사전 대비한다고 전했다.
