연면적 약 3천700㎡로 지하 1층, 지상 3층 규모로 건립되었으며, 주요시설로는 지하1층 주차장, 지상 1층 소강당 및 카페, 2층 프로그램실, 컴퓨터실 및 다목적 체육실, 3층에는 프로그램실, 식당 및 대강당이 있다. 또한, 장애물 없는 생활환경인증제도에 따라 장애인과 노인의 편의를 배려해서 설계하여 지역주민 모두가 이용하기에 최적화된 시설이라고 했다.
