[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강릉시는 오는 19일 오전 10시부터 오후 5시까지 강릉 올림픽파크 아이스아레나에서 2022 강원 일자리박람회와 함께 하는『2022 강릉일자리박람회』를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

40개 구인업체와 20개 강릉시 일자리기관, 1,000여 명의 구직자가 참여하는 이번 일자리박람회는 1대1 현장 면접을 진행하는 채용면접관을 운영해, 오전에는 한국폴리텍대학교 강릉캠퍼스에서 일‧학습병행제 기업 및 재학생, 훈련생 등을 면접하고 오후에는 강릉지역의 기업 채용관과의 자리를 마련하여 관내 청년층뿐 아니라 중·장년 구직자들에게도 다양한 면접의 기회를 제공한다.

특히, 올해 일자리박람회는 채용면접관 운영을 통해 구인업체와 구직자를 대상으로 미리 신청을 받아 사전매칭 후에 진행하여 실질적으로 매칭률을 높일 수 있도록 계획했다.

또한, 국방존을 마련하여 영동권 내 전역 예비장병의 참여를 유도하고, 관광거점도시 강릉의 특성을 살려 스마트 관광산업분야 기업도 다수 참여한다.

이와함께 컬러진단, 면접 메이크업, 타로카드 흥미적성 등의 여러 부대행사도 마련해 구직자에게 다채로운 취업지원 서비스를 제공할 예정이다.
