[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 원주시는 오는 9월 30일까지 기초연금 집중 홍보 기간을 운영해 수급자 발굴에 적극적으로 나선다고 밝혔다.

이번 집중 홍보 기간에는 수급 희망 이력관리제를 통해 수급 가능성이 높은 대상자에게 신청을 안내할 예정이며, 또한, 전광판, 시 홈페이지, 현수막 게시, 각종 회의 자료 배포 등을 통해 시민들에게 적극적으로 홍보할 계획이다.

기초연금은 만 65세 이상 어르신 중 소득인정액이 선정기준액이하인 어르신에게 지급되며, 올해는 전년 대비 지급액이 인상돼 단독가구 최대 307,500원, 부부가구 최대 492,000원까지 받을 수 있다.

주소지 관할 읍면동 행정복지센터 및 전국 국민연금공단 지사 방문 또는 복지로 홈페이지에서 신청하면 된다.

원주시 관계자는 “어르신들이 기초연금을 통해 최소한의 복지혜택들 누릴 수 있도록 읍면동 행정복지센터와 적극 협력해 적극적인 홍보와 신청 안내에 힘쓰겠다”고 말했다.
