[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 동해시는 지난 4일부터 7일까지 개최된 제10회 강원푸드박람회에 참가 결과 관내에서 생산한 막장, 탁주, 막걸리 등이 큰 인기를 얻었다고 밝혔다.

강원푸드박람회는 도내 18개 시·군 농특산물을 한자리에서 홍보하고, 수요자들은 실 구매까지 할 수 있도록 마련된 행사다.

동해시에서 올해 참가한 업체는 방부제를 사용하지 않고 도내산 100% 콩으로 만든 막장, 고추장, 된장 등을 판매하는 분토마을영농조합법인과 동해시 지역에서 생산하는 쌀로 빚은 첫 지역특산주‘한섬·망상’의 업체인 농업회사법인 더담 주식회사, 동해시에서 생산하는 지장수 막걸리 업체인 주식회사 낙천이 참가했다.

분토마을영농조합법인은 북삼동 분토마을 주민들이 함께 설립한 법인으로,‘농촌체험휴양마을’로 지정받아 주말농장과 농산물 수확체험, 직접 생산한 콩을 활용한 막장 담그기 등 다양한 체험프로그램이 큰 인기를 얻고 있으며, 특히, 이번에 첫 출시된 지역특산주인 ‘한섬·망상’은 행사에서 시음 등 이벤트를 진행하며 많은 사람들의 관심을 받았다.

정미경 농업기술센터 소장은 “강원푸드박람회 참가로 수도권 지역에 우수한 동해시 농산물을 홍보하고 고품질의 먹거리를 공급하여 참가업체의 소득 증대에 기여하기를 바란다.”고 말했다.
