[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강릉시는 3일 오전 10시 30분 치매안심센터 2층에서 지역보건사업 활성화 및 지역주민 건강 수준 향상을 위해 강릉영동대학교와 다모아 서비스지원 협약식을 체결한다고 밝혔다.

다모아 서비스란 강릉영동대학교 물리치료학과, 치위생학과, 사회복지학과, 안경학과 및 간호학과 학생들이 지역주민들에게 다양한 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 프로그램이다.

강릉시는 이번 협약을 통해 65세 이상 어르신 및 취약계층을 중심으로 지역별 1:1 모니터링을 통해 희망 대상자를 선정 및 다모아 서비스와 연계하여 맞춤형 서비스를 제공할 예정이며, 참여자 편리와 안전을 위한 대형버스 지원, 구급차 대기 등 서비스 활동에 필요한 제반사항을 협업할 계획이다.

박남수 보건행정과장은 “지역사회 연계 서비스체계 구축으로 지역주민들에게 양질의 서비스를 제공하고 어르신 공경 체험을 통해 함께 성장하는 기회가 될 것”이라고 말했다.
