[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 경기주택도시공사가 기존주택 전세임대 입주민을 대상으로 ‘지·세·봄’ 서비스를 실시 한다고 밝혔다. 

지난해 첫 시행된 지세봄 서비스는 ‘지’에이치(GH)와 용인 ‘세’브란스병원이 제공하는 의료 돌‘봄’ 서비스로, 올해는 용인과 수원 전세임대주택에 거주하는 홀몸어르신 20여명에게 무료 검진을 지원한다고 했다. 

이번 서비스는 5월부터 오는 6월까지 총 5회에 걸쳐 진행되며, 전반적인 건강상태 점검 후 필요에 따라 건강증진 교육, 외래 진료 지원 등의 서비스를 추가로 받을 수 있다고 전했다. 

거동이 불편한 어르신의 경우 이동 시 위험상황 등을 고려해 전문 동행 돌봄 서비스도 함께 제공된다고 했다.

GH는 5월 가정의 달을 맞아 전세임대 입주민 가족의 심리·정서적 안정을 위해 미취학·초등생 자녀를 둔 한부모 가정 24가구에 ‘그림책 활동 키트’를 전달했다. 

GH는 취약계층의 주거복지를 위해 전세·매입 등 ‘임차형 임대주택’ 지원, 행복·국민·영구·장기전세 등 ‘건설형 임대주택’ 공급과  더불어 입주민 건강 및 정서안정, 생활개선 등을 위한 다양한 분야에서 주거 맞춤형 서비스를 제공해왔다고 했다. 

주거맞춤형 서비스로는 입주민 건강 증진을 위한 금연지원, 검진서비스, 정서 안정을 위한 주거복지상담, 옥상텃밭 운영, 생활개선을 위한 아동주거빈곤가구 클린서비스, 고령자 가구 에어컨 지원 등을 시행한 바 있다고 밝혔다.  

GH 관계자는 “앞으로도 실생활에 필요한 생활밀착형 주거 서비스를 확대·제공함으로써 공기업의 사회적 책임을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
