[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 5월 11일, 의정부시는 국·과장 등 5급 이상 간부공무원 80여 명이 참석한 가운데 중대재해처벌법 이해 및 대응역량 강화 교육을 실시했다고 전했다.

이번 교육은 '중대재해 처벌 등에 관한 법률' 시행(2022. 1. 27.)에 따라 종사자와 시민들의 생명과 신체를 보호하기 위해 경영책임자 등의 안전보건 확보 의무를 강화하고, 시의 공중이용시설 등에서의 안전보건관리체계 구축 및 관계법령 의무이행 사항에 대한 철저한 사전대비가 필요한데 따른 것이라고 했다.

강의를 맡은 김재명(현 고용노동부 산재재심사위원회 전문위원) 강사는 '중대재해처벌법 주요내용', '안전·보건관리체계 구축 및 확보의무사항', '위험요인과 대응방안', '주요쟁점 및 실무사항' 등을 주제로 2시간가량 교육을 진행한 후 법 시행과 관련한 질의응답 시간을 가졌다고 했다.
