[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평 음악역1939가 봄을 맞아 새로운 공연 프로그램을 준비하고 있다고 전했다. 

음악역1939 피크닉 콘서트(줄여서 ‘피콘’)이며, 피콘은 금요일 밤에 편하게 즐길 수 있는 야외 버스킹 콘서트로, 음악역1939 콘트라베이스 인근 잔디마당에서 펼쳐질 예정이라고 했다. 

홍대거리에서 활동하고 있는 버스킹 뮤지션들과 지역 내 아마추어 뮤지션들의 공연으로 꾸며질 피콘 무대는 기존의 로컬 뮤지션들이 참가한 ‘그럼에도 연습중 프로젝트 공연’과 ‘G-SL 시티즌 공연’의 연장선상에 있으며, 음악역의 대표 공연 프로그램인 가평 Saturday 라이브 공연(G-SL)과의 시너지 효과도 기대할 수 있을 것으로 보인다고 전했다. 

오는 4월 29일 저녁 7시를 시작으로 3개월 간 격주로 진행될 피콘은 돗자리(무상대여)존 위에서 편안하게 배달 음식을 시켜먹으면서 공연을 관람할 수 있는 구조로 기획 중에 있다고 했다. 

음악역 관계자는 “금요일 밤, 좋은 날씨와 좋은 음악, 맛있는 음식을 한 번에 즐길 수 있는 괜찮은 공연이 될 수 있도록 노력하겠다.”는 포부를 밝혔다.

본 공연에 참가가 확정된 로컬 아티스트 A씨는 “지역주민들이 야외무대에 설 수 있는 기회가 흔치 않았는데 너무 기대된다.”며 열심히 준비하여 멋진 공연으로 보답하겠다는 소감을 밝혔다.
