[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 4월 22일 오전 11시 원주문화원은 원주시 문막읍 충효사에서 원주시민과 창원황씨 종친회 등 130여 명이 참석한 가운데 충효사(忠孝祠) 헌다례를 봉행한다고 밝혔다.
