[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 19일 포천시는 시청 대회의실에서 제100회 어린이날을 맞아 모범어린이 및 아동복지 유공자에 대한 표창 수여식을 진행했다고 밝혔다. 

포천시는 코로나19 감염 확산 방지 및 어린이 건강권 확보를 위해 어린이날 행사를 취소한 대신 어린이날의 뜻을 새기고 어린이들에게 희망의 메시지를 전달하기 위해 모범어린이와 아동복지 유공자를 대상으로 표창장 수여식을 개최했다고 했다.

행사에는 초등학생 모범어린이와 아동복지 유공자, 주요내빈 등 60여 명이 참석해 총 42명(시장 22명, 의장 10명, 국회의원 10명)이 상을 받았다고 전했다.
