[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 8일 포천시는 포천관광정보센터 청년여행LAB에서 포천아트밸리·포천관광정보센터 전 직원과 문화관광해설사를 대상으로 ‘관광 안내 서비스 향상’을 위한 전문 CS교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 ㈜비즈러닝 조가영 수석강사를 초빙하여 ‘포천 관광지를 찾는 고객의 심리 알기’, ‘문화 해설을 요청하는 고객층’을 주제로 진행했다고 했다. 

특히 이번 교육은 DISC행동유형검사를 기초로 조별 토론을 통해 다양한 고객의 유형을 알아보고 관광객 응대 방안 사례를 중심으로 이야기를 나누는 참여형 프로그램으로 진행해 직원들 모두 큰 호응을 받았다고 전했다.

포천시 문화관광해설사 관계자는 “오랜만에 문화관광해설사가 참석하는 심화 교육으로 포천시를 방문하는 관광객의 심리를 파악하고 내고장 포천을 더 사랑할 수 있는 유익한 시간이었다.”라고 말했다.

윤숭재 관광산업과장은 “위드코로나가 되면 더 많은 관광객들이 포천을 방문하게 될 것이다. 이번 교육을 통해 포천 관광의 중심지에서 근무하는 직원들의 서비스 마인드 강화와 함께 그동안 힘들었던 심신을 힐링하는 계기가 되었길 바란다.”라고 말했다.
