[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 경기주택도시공사(GH)가 가평달전 전원주거단지(총141세대) 내에 단독주택용지 35필지를 공급한다고 밝혔다.

가평달전 전원주거단지는 GH에서 최초로 조성한 친환경 목조형 전원주택단지로서 남이섬과 자라섬 사이 강변에 위치해 있으며, 북한강변 산책로에서 불과 300여 미터 떨어져 있어 천혜의 자연환경을 자랑한다고 했다. 

교통 또한 편리하여 경춘선 가평역에서 도보로 15분 걸리며, 자라섬 인근을 지나가는 제2경춘국도가 완공되면 서울 및 강원권으로의 접근성도 크게 향상될 것으로 기대된다고 했다.

이번에 공급하는 단독주택용지는 1·2단계 구역에 위치한 토지로서 신청자격은 개인일반 실수요자에 한하고, 무주택 여부, 거주지역, 자산요건 등의 제한사항은 없으며, 감정가에 따라 추첨 방식으로 공급된다고 했다. 

토지면적은 필지 당 205.2㎡ ~ 275.9㎡으로 공급금액은 2억 3천만 원에서 2억 9천만 원대이며, 대금납부는 일시납(4개월) 또는 1년 분할납부(유이자) 중 선택이 가능하다고 했다. 

필지 내 주택은 토지매수인이 직접 건축을 해야 하며, GH는 1차 중도금 납부 시 건축인허가용 토지사용을 허가함으로써 조기 착공을 돕는다는 방침이라고 했다. 

단지는 현재 전체 141세대 중 83세대가 목조주택으로 건축되어 마을로 이미 형성되어 있으며, 사업추진 과정에서 GH가 마을회에 무상기부채납 된 커뮤니티센터(2층, 연면적 795㎡), 경비실 등은 마을 규약이 정한 바에 따라 입주민 이용이 가능하다고 했다.

한편, GH는 이번 공급 후 그 결과에 따라 3단계 구역 토지(24필지)의 일반공급을 추진할 계획이라고 전했다.
