[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 3월 31일, 가평군공무원노동조합은 조직문화 개선 캠페인 2번째 주인공으로 자원순환과 김성훈 자원정책팀장과 이수진 주무관을 '일거양득상' 시상했다고 밝혔다.

가평군공무원노동조합 함석원 위원장은 봄맞이 국토대청소는 연례행사로 해왔었는데, 근무시간 1시간 전에 일찍 출근하여 하다보니 대중교통을 이용하여 출근하는 직원과 영유아 자녀를 보육시설에 맡기고 출근하는 직원들 사이에 고충이 많았었다고 했다.
