홍천군은 홍천읍 마지기로 옥수닭갈비에서 배스하우스 약 100m 구간의 노상주차장 24면을 유료화로 전환해 운영하고, 유료화 운영시간은 평일 오전 9시부터 오후 6시까지이며, 야간 및 주말과 공휴일은 무료로 운영된다고 전했다.
