[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 3월 8일 캠코(한국자산관리공사)는 국가보훈처로부터 위탁받아 관리중인 친일귀속재산*의 매각을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

캠코는 위탁 관리 중인 총 863필지(632만 7천m2, 대장가액 418억원)의 친일귀속재산 중 도시계획시설, 문화재 보존지역 등 매각이 제한된 재산을 제외하고, 재산의 입지조건, 개발가치 등을 고려해 활용도가 높은 재산 140필지를 선별, 매각을 추진한다고 전했다.

매각을 추진하는 140필지 중 서울, 경기 등 수도권과 충청도 소재 재산이 각각 78필지, 40필지로 다수를 차지하고 있으며, 전․답 등 경작지로 활용 가능한 토지도 다수 포함돼 실수요자들은 관심을 가져볼 만하다고 했다.

매각대상 재산은 국가보훈처 홈페이지*에서 확인할 수 있으며, 매수 희망자는 부동산의 형태, 위치 등 현황과 행위제한 등 상세 이용 조건을 사전에 확인한 후 국가보훈처 또는 캠코 담당자** 앞 매수문의하면 된다고 했다.

장성수 캠코 서울동부지역본부장은 “앞으로도 캠코는 활용 가치가 높은 친일귀속재산을 적극적으로 발굴․매각해 독립유공자와 유족분들의 생활안정에 기여하겠다”고 말했다.

한편, 캠코는 ’21년 말까지 친일귀속재산 총 548필지를 매각해 ｢순국선열․애국지사 사업기금｣에 606억을 납입한 바 있으며, 올해 상반기 내 온비드 홈페이지에 친일귀속재산 매각정보를 상시 조회․확인할 수 있는 전용관을 신설할 계획이라고 전했다.
