[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 3월부터, 횡성군은 어르신 대상 맞춤형 복지사업의 신청접수를 시작한다고 밝혔다.

노인성 난청으로 일상생활에 불편함을 겪고 있는 어르신에게는 보청기를 지원하며, 거동이 불편하여 이동에 어려움 있는 어르신에게는 보행기 구입비가 지원된다고 했다. 

신청 자격은 신청일 기준 횡성군에서 1년 이상 거주 중인 만 70세 이상으로, 보청기는 기초생활수급자 및 차상위 계층 또는 기초연금을 받고 있으며, 노인성 난청 진단 및 소견이 있거나 보청기가 필요하다는 처방전을 받은 어르신이 신청 할 수 있고, 보행기의 경우에는 기초생활수급자 및 차상위 계층으로, 거동이 불편하다는 의사 진단 또는 소견을 받았거나 노인성 질환으로 거동이 불편한 어르신이 대상이라고 전했다.

신청접수는 주소지 관할 읍‧면행정복지센터 맞춤형복지팀으로 하면 되고, 4월 중 서류 심사를 거쳐 대상자로 선정된 후 구입비를 지원받을 수 있으며, 보다 자세한 내용은 횡성군 홈페이지를 참고하면 된다고 했다. 

윤석윤 복지정책과장은 “코로나19 장기화로 경제적 어려움과 생활의 불편함을 겪고 있는 지역 어르신들의 건강하고 행복한 일상 회복 지원을 위해 앞으로도 다양한 노력을 펼쳐나가겠다.”고 말했다.
