[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강원도는 스마트 농정, 자립농정 비전(2년차)과 농업․농촌의 지속가능한 기반 마련 및 가치․확산을 위해 5대 전략, 328개 단위사업에 8,370억 원을 투입, 급변하는 환경에 대응하고 생명산업의 소중함을 도민과 함께 공감․소통하고자 22년 농정시책을 역점 추진한다고 밝혔다.  

 

농정국 5대 분야 핵심전략(부서별)은 다음과 같다.

 

첫 번째 「맞춤형 농업농촌 구조개선 및 활력증진」을 위해, 농정분야 69개 단위사업에 2,307억원을 지원한다고 전했다.  

 

청년․후계 농업인(383명) 영농정착 지원을 통해 농업농촌의 미래주체를 육성하고, 도내 농업인경영체 8만 757호 대상으로 농업인수당을 가구별 연 70만원 지원하며, 진흥기금 융자 취급기관 확대로 농어업인의 경영안정을 돕는다고 했다.

탄소 흡수원 확대(탄소중립 대응)를 위한 조사료 자급기반 확충 및 부존자원 활용(12개사업, 100억원), 가축분뇨 효율적 처리 및 체계적 악취저감 관리(9개사업, 99억원) 등 환경친화적 축산업 전환을 촉진하고, 축산물 품질 고급화(8개사업) 및 동물복지 확충(3개사업), 스마트 축산 ICT 시범단지(2개소, 10억원) 조성 등을 통해 강원축산업의 다원적 기능을 강화하고 지속가능한 미래성장 기반을 함께 준비한다고 했다. 

 

세 번째 「농산물 수급 및 유통활성화」를 위해, 유통원예 분야 75개 단위사업에 1,686억원을 지원한다고 전했다.

네 번째 「지속가능한 친환경농업 육성」을 위해, 친환경분야 70개 단위사업에 3,372억원을 지원한다고 전했다. 

 

광역단위 친환경산지조직(16개법인 참여)과 연계한 임산부 꾸러미(2,694명) 지원으로 지역 내 건강한 먹거리 공급 기반을 확대하고, 고품질쌀 적정생산 및 잡곡산업 육성, 공익직불(70천호/1,339억원) 등을 중점 지원하며, 22년 농업인력 지원 종합계획 수립 시행을 통해 내국인 인력수급 활성화 및 외국인 인력도입, 숙소 등 편의지원을 확대하여 영농기 안정적 인력수급(목표/18만명)에 최선을 다할 계획이라고 했다.
