[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 동해시는 모바일 앱을 통해 맞춤형 건강 관리 서비스를 제공하는 「모바일 헬스케어 사업」 참여자 150명을 선착순 모집한다고 밝혔다.

모바일 헬스케어 사업은 모바일 앱과 스마트밴드를 이용해 보건소 전문가(의사, 간호사, 영양사, 운동처방사)가 6개월간 개인별 맞춤형 건강 서비스를 제공해주는 사업이라고 했다. 

모집 대상은 20세 이상 60세 미만(02년생~63년생)의 동해시민 또는 동해시 소재 직장인 중 건강위험요인(혈압, 공복 혈당, 허리둘레, 중성지방, HDL-콜레스테롤)을 1가지 이상 보유한 자로 스마트폰 사용이 가능해야 하며 고혈압·당뇨·이상지질혈증 약물복용자는 제외되고, 참여 신청 및 기타 문의는 동해시보건소 북삼건강생활지원센터으로 문의하면 된다고 했다.

채시병 보건정책과장은 “코로나19 장기화로 인해 비대면 건강관리 서비스의 중요성이 확대되고 있는 만큼, 모바일 헬스케어 사업이 지역 주민의 건강관리 능력 향상과 만성질환 예방에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다”라고 말했다.
