관련 사업으로는 공공사업 구분지상권 등기촉탁지원, 토지표시변경 등기촉탁 무료서비스 5,200필지, 한국국토정보공사(LX)와 협업을 통한 지적측량수수료 감면승인 요청 3,190필지 등으로 적극적인 민원 편의를 위해 노력한 결과, 작년 한 해 동안 415,705천원의 비용 절감 혜택을 달성했다고 했다.  

등기촉탁지원 적극행정은 공공사업 권리설정 필지에 대한 공공기관과의 협업을 통한 구분지상권 등기촉탁지원 사업과 토지이동에 따른 지적공부가 정리되면 군  전담 직원이 등기소와 연계시스템을 활용하여 토지소유자를 대신해 무료로 등기를 신청해주는 비대면 대민행정 서비스로 소유자의 원활한 재산권 행사를 돕도록했다고 전했다.

또한, 지적측량수수료의 경우 농업기반시설 정부보조사업, 농촌주택개량사업, 국가 및 특수시책사업, 장애인․국가유공자 30% 감면, 지적재조사사업 시행지 지적측량 수수료 50% 감면으로 민원인들의 경제적인 부담을 덜어주었다고 했다. 

신승일 토지재산과장은 “앞으로도 공공기관과의 유기적인 협력체계를 유지하고, 코로나19로 힘든 군민들의 부담을 줄여주는 시책을 지속적으로 발굴하여 민원편의 적극 지적행정을 추진하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
