이를 위해 양구군은 이달 중으로 올해 1월부터 10월까지의 기간을 대상으로 적극행정(규제개혁)을 추진한 공무원(정규직과 비정규직 모두 포함)을 선발한다고 전했다.

부서별로 제출한 사례를 접수한 양구군은 1차(40%)로 담당자의 적극성, 주민 체감도, 창의성 및 전문성, 확산 가능성, 성과의 우수성 등의 심사기준에 따라 2배수로 후보를 선정했으며, 2차(60%)로 이번 주 중 온라인으로 주민들을 대상으로 투표를 실시해 최종적으로 5명 이내의 인원을 선발할 계획이라고 했다.
