또한, 방제기간 중에는 소나무재선충병의 방제품질 향상과 인위적 확산으로 인한 피해를 최소화하기 위하여, 경기‧강원도와 합동으로 소나무재선충병 방제 사업장에 대한 현장점검 및 컨설팅과 관내 조경업체, 화목농가 등 소나무류취급업체를 대상으로 소나무류 불법 이동단속을 병행할 방침이라고 했다.
