[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 17일 (재)포천시교육재단은 비상임 이사 공개 모집을 위한 임원추천위원회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

임원추천위원회는 포천시와 포천시의회, (재)포천시교육재단에서 추천하는 7인의 인사들로 구성되었으며, 위촉장 수여 및 위원장 선출, (재)포천시교육재단 현황 보고 등의 순으로 진행됐다고 했다.

박윤국 이사장은 “임원추천위원회 위원은 포천 교육 발전의 큰 축을 담당하고 있는 포천시교육재단의 최종 의사를 결정하는 비상임 이사를 최종적으로 추천할 수 있는 막중한 자리”라며, “향후 각 후보자들의 면모를 보다 면밀하고 세심히 살펴봐 주시기를 바란다.”고 말했다.

한편, (재)포천시교육재단은 비상임 이사 모집과 관련하여 8월 중 공개모집 절차의 형식으로 진행할 예정이며, 임원추천위원회를 주축으로 임기 만료 등의 사유로 발생한 총 4명의 이사 결원을 충원할 계획이라고 전했다.
