[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 23일 GH는 8호의 부천시 아동 동거가구를 대상으로 찾아가는 매입임대주택 현장계약 서비스를 실시했다고 밝혔다.

기존의 매입임대주택 계약은 경기도 남부, 동부, 북부에 위치한 각 권역별 센터를 계약자가 방문하여 계약을 진행하는 형태로 이루어졌으며, 그러나 아동 동거가구의 특성상 일정 거리 이상 이동하여 계약하는 방식이 부담이 되는 상황이었다고 했다. 

이에 GH는 부천시 주거복지센터 및 초록우산어린이재단과 협의를 통해 부천시 주거복지센터 내에 계약 장소를 마련했으며, 이를 통해 부천시에 거주하는 계약자들이 수원에 있는 남부센터보다 가까운 거리에서 계약을 진행할 수 있도록 했다고 전했다.

찾아가는 현장계약 서비스로 진행된 아동 동거가구 맞춤형 매입임대주택은 GH와 초록우산어린이재단이 협력하여 주거문제로 어려움에 처한 아동과 그 가족을 지원하는 사업이며, 주거지원이 필요한 19세 이하 생계 또는 의료급여 수급가정을 대상으로 최대 500만원의 임대보증금을 지원하고, 이번 현장계약 서비스로 부천시 8가구가 선정되어 혜택을 누릴 예정이라고 했다.

GH 장동우 주거사업본부장은 “앞으로도 고객 편의제공을 위하여 장애인과 고령자를 비롯해 육아․생계 등으로 방문이 어려운 고객을 대상으로 찾아가는 현장계약 서비스를 지속 시행할 예정”이라고 밝혔다.
