현재, 송내지구 주차장은 올해 12월 준공을 목표로 공사를 진행하고 있으며, 세아프라자 옆 주차장 및 생연로 일원 주차장은 토지 및 지장물 보상을 지속 추진하고 있고, 폭염이 지속됨에 따라 공사가 진행중인 송내지구 주차장 현장에는 그늘막 및 작업자 휴식공간을 설치했으며, 폭염이 극심한 시간대에 작업자 휴식시간을 보장하는 등 폭염에 의한 안전사고 발생을 예방하기 위한 대책을 시행 중이라고 했다.
