[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 12일 최병암 산림청장은 북부지방산림청을 방문하여 코로나19 대응상황 및 주요 현안업무 추진현황을 점검하고, 직원들과 소통하는 시간을 가졌다고 밝혔다.

이 날 점검은 산림청장이 직접 주재하여 북부지방산림청장 외 전 직원이 참여한 가운데 코로나19 대응 상황과 상반기 주요 업무 추진실적 및 당면 현안사항에 중점을 두고 이루어졌다고 했다.

주요 내용으로는 코로나19 대응 안전조치 및 방역대책, 지역경제 활성화를 위한 재정집행 상황, 장마철 대비 산사태 예방·대응 현황 등 주요 현안업무를 점검했다고 했다.

이 날 점검 결과, 북부지방산림청은 관내 청사 및 다중이용시설에 대한 방역을 철저히 함으로써 코로나19 확산을 예방하고 있으며, 장마 시기 도래에 따라 여름철 산사태대책상황실을 운영하고 산사태취약지역을 집중점검하는 등 산사태에 대비하여 총력대응하고 있는 것으로 나타났다고 했다.
