[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] GH는 화성동탄2 택지개발지구 A105BL 부지에 1,500세대 규모로 건설예정인 경기행복주택을 착공했다고 밝혔다.

GH는 5만 4천㎡ 면적의 해당 부지에 총 2,191억원을 투입하여 2024년 상반기 입주를 목표로 지상 20층 규모의 행복주택을 건설할 예정이며, 전체 1,500세대 중 신혼부부 510세대를 포함한 1,200세대가 청년층에 공급된다고 전했다.

단지 내에는 직주근접의 창업공간을 제공할 수 있는 청년창업몰을 도입하여 문화예술인과 청년창업가를 지원하기 위한 공간으로 활용될 예정이라고 했다.
