권역별로 지정된 정류장 중 의정부역 앞 광역버스 정류장(서울방향)에는 미세먼지 저감 등을 위하여 플랜트월(Plant Wall), 신곡동 주공5단지아파트 앞 광역버스 정류장(서울방향)에는 포토존과 휴게시설, 민락동 롯데시네마 앞 정류장에는 원형 꽃화분과 화단, 휴게시설, 회룡역 앞 정류장(양주방향)에는 꽃박스와 그린커튼 등 다양한 볼거리를 조성했다고 했다.

또한 기조성된 시청 앞 버스정류장에는 벼, 도라지꽃, 수련, 나팔꽃 등으로 새롭게 꾸며 다양한 색감을 느낄 수 있다고 전했다.
