[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부] 9일 GH는 공사 사옥에서 이헌욱 사장을 비롯한 임원 및 부서장 등 30여 명이 참석한 가운데 ‘GH 윤리헌장 선포식’을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 선포식은 최근 공기업의 반부패 윤리경영의 중요성이 부각되는 시기에, 불법투기를 근절하고 부패방지에 대한 의지를 대·내외에 천명하여 청렴문화를 확산하기 위해 마련됐다고 말했다.

윤리헌장의 내용은 '부동산 투기근절 및 깨끗한 공직풍토 조성', '도민의 주거안정을 위한 고객 제일주의', '이해관계자와의 상호 협력을 통한 공동번영 추구', '임직원 차별대우 금지와 공정한 평가', '적극적인 공익활동 참여와 가치창조', '생명존중과 환경보호' 등 6가지로 구성된다고 했다.

선포식에 이어 고위직을 대상으로 한 부패예방 및 청렴교육을 진행했고, 교육에서는 '고위직부터 부패에 대한 인식을 바꿔야 한다'를 주제로 하여 부패에 대한 인식변화 필요성, 갑질 근절 및 부패예방의 중요성을 강조했으며, 코로나-19 방역지침을 준수하기 위해 참석 대상을 본사 고위직으로 최소화하는 한편, 전 직원이 참여할 수 있도록 실시간 온라인 방송을 통하여 내용을 공유했다고 말했다. 

이헌욱 GH 사장은 “이번 윤리헌장 선포 및 고위직 청렴교육을 통하여 공사의 청렴과 반부패 의지를 다지는 중요한 초석이 마련됐다.”며 “선도적인 청렴문화 정착에 앞장서서 도민으로부터 사랑과 신뢰를 받는 기업이 되겠다.”라고 밝혔다.
