[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부] 지난 7일부터 GH는 공사의 계약상대방을 대상으로 '청렴계약 이행 설문조사'를 실시한다고 밝혔다. 

청렴계약 이행 설문조사는 GH의 계약상대방에게 공사의 청렴도를 진단하게 함으로써 계약 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 부패행위를 근절하고 공사의 청렴도를 제고하기 위해 시행됐다고 했다. 

제도 시행 이후 준공에 이르는 모든 계약 건에 대해 설문조사를 실시할 예정이며, 설문조사의 내용은 청렴수준, 업무처리과정의 투명성, 담당직원 업무완수의 책임감, 업무관련자로부터 향응·편의 수수 여부 등 5가지라고 했다.

GH는 설문조사 결과를 토대로 청렴 취약분야를 진단하여 부패행위 근절을 위한 대책을 마련할 계획이라고 전했다.

한편, GH는 2020년 1월부터 소기업·소상공인의 계약 참여기회 확대 와 공정성 제고를 위해 수의계약 쿼터제 규정을 마련하여 시행하고 있다. 또한 계약의뢰 시 모든 계약담당 직원이 ‘청렴계약 이행 서약서’에 전자서명을 하도록 하는 등 계약의 공정성과 투명성 제고를 위해 다각적인 노력을 하고 있다고 전했다.

전형수 GH 경영기획본부장은 “설문조사를 통해 부패 취약분야를 진단하고 결과에 대한 피드백을 통해 청렴한 조직문화를 조성하는데 적극적으로 활용하겠다”고 밝혔다.
