[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부] 오는 6월 25일까지 GH는 저소득 아동가구 지원주택 추진을 위한 건축 전(前) 매입임대주택 매도신청을 받는다고 밝혔다.

‘건축 전(前) 매입임대’는 이미 지어진 완성주택을 매입하는 것이 아니라 입주대상 수요자를 감안해 GH가 제시한 매입지역, 설계기준, 품질기준 등을 충족하는 사업자를 선정하여 매입약정 체결 후 주택이 준공되면 매입하는 방식이라고 했다. 

‘아동가구 지원주택’은 아동이 거주하기 적합한 주택을 민간이 건립토록 하고 준공 후 GH가 매입하여 시세의 30% 수준으로 저소득 아동가구에게 우선 임대하는 주택이며 아동가구 맞춤형 신축주택을 저렴한 가격으로 공급함으로써 주거취약계층인 저소득 아동가구의 주거지원을 강화하는 취지라고 했다.

GH는 초등학교 인근에 위치하고 대중교통이 편리한 지역에 위치하며, 전용면적 50~60㎡의 방 2개 이상 건설예정주택 매입상을 갖춘 주택을 건설시 아동가구 지원주택으로 매입할 예정이라고 전했다. 

매입대상 지역은 성남시, 수원시, 부천시, 시흥시, 안산시, 고양시, 남양주시이며 매입물량은 총 100호 이내이며 매입대상 주택은 사업자 신청접수 후 서류심사, 현장조사, 매입심의 등의 과정을 거쳐 선정되고, 사회적 경제주체 등이 신청하면 우선매입을 고려한다고 했다.  

사업 참여를 희망하는 민간사업자는 6월 25일까지 GH 본사로 방문하거나 우편으로 신청할 수 있으며 자세한 내용은 GH 홈페이지 ‘청약정보-분양 및 임대안내’를 참고하거나 콜센터로 문의하면 된다고 전했다.
