모금은 다양한 방법으로 참여할 수 있으며 네이버 온라인 사이트를 이용하여 받은 콩으로 무료로 기부하는 방법, 사이트 내에서 직접 결제하여 기부하는 방법, 네이버페이 포인트를 기부하는 방법 등이 있고, 온라인으로 기부가 어려운 경우 복지관 방문 및 기관 후원계좌 입금 등으로도 참여할 수 있다고 했다.  

이종범 관장은 “장수사진은 미리 찍어두면 더 오래, 더 건강하게 장수한다는 속설을 가지고 있는 만큼 취약계층 어르신들을 위해 많은 지역주민들이 모금활동에 동참하여 주기를 바란다.”라고 전했다.
