[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 지난 14일부터 포천시노인복지관은 평생교육 프로그램을 순차적으로 개강해 어르신의 일상회복을 지원한다고 밝혔다. 

개강은 이용자의 백신 접종 여부에 따라 총 2차례에 걸쳐 진행되고, 1차는 6월 14일부터 32개 프로그램을 대면으로 운영하며 백신 1차 접종 어르신부터 프로그램을 수강할 수 있다고 했다. 

2차는 오는 7월 5일부터 대규모 댄스와 운동 프로그램을 개강하며, 위험성에 따라 1차 접종과 2차 접종을 마친 어르신만 수강할 수 있도록 나누어 개강할 예정이라고 했다. 

교육에 참여한 한 어르신은 “오랜만에 복지관에 나오니 생기를 되찾은 것 같다.”라고 소감을 전했다.

이종범 관장은 “코로나19로 힘든 일상을 보낸 어르신에게 존중된 시민의 삶을 위한 행복한 동행을 약속드린다.”라고 전했다.
