[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 지난 28일 포천시노인복지관은 60세 이상 어르신 약 30명을 대상으로 ‘온라인 보이스피싱 예방 교육’을 진행했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 경기북부경찰청 사이버수사과와 연계하여 누구나 쉽게 당할 수 있는 ‘메신저 피싱, 인터넷 도박, 일상 속 사이버 범죄’ 등 총 3가지 주제로 나누어 진행되었다고 했다.

교육 주제별 어르신들의 피해가 높은 실제 사례를 바탕으로 실생활 속에서 보이스피싱을 예방할 수 있는 방법에 대해 교육을 진행했다고 전했다. 

이종범 관장은 “포천시노인복지관은 앞으로도 보이스피싱 이외에도 인권, 개인 정보, 마음치료 등 매월 다양한 주제를 선정하여 어르신뿐만 아니라 모든 연령층의 지역 주민이 함께 할 수 있는 오픈형 강의를 진행할 예정이다.”라고 말했다.
