[서종협 기자 = 태백시] 태백시(시장 이상호)가 정년퇴임 등 결원 충원에 대한 조치로 오는 2월 7일부터 10일까지  환경미화원 4명을 공개 채용한다고 밝혔다. 

주요 업무는 폐기물 수거 및 긴급민원처리, 재활용품 수거처리, 홍보계도, 기타 환경미화 등으로 쾌적한 도시 환경 조성 업무를 맡게 되며, 채용 절차는 1차 서류심사, 2차 체력검정, 3차 면접시험(인성검사포함)을 통해 직무 수행 능력 및 직무 적합성을 등을 평가해 적임자를 최종 선발한다.

시 관계자는 “원활한 생활폐기물 수거 및 쾌적한 도시환경 조성을 위해서는 적정 수의 인력이 필요하다”라며 관심 있는 시민의 많은 참여를 바란다고 말했다.
